1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, credit cards excluding AMEX as well as Interac E-transfer, please note there may be additional fees applied for credit cards. 

2. Do  you offer any warranties or guarantees on your smoking or vaping products?

We offer warranties and guarantees on some of our smoking and vaping products such as vaporizers, but not all products. Please ask our staff regarding more information about specific products. 

3. What is the legal age to purchase smoking vaping products at our store?

 The legal age to purchase smoking and vaping products at our store is 19.

4. What are the benefits of using a dry herb vaporizer instead of smoking?

Using a dry herb vaporizer can be a healthier alternative to smoking since it doesn't involve any combustion, which can release harmful chemicals. It can also be more efficient, as vaporizers can extract more THC from your herbs than smoking does. 

5. What is kratom and how do I use it?

Kratom is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia that is often used for its stimulating or sedative effects. It's typically consumed by brewing the leaves into a tea, or by taking capsules or extracts. However, it's important to note that kratom can have addictive properties and may cause negative side effects if used excessively.  

6. Do you carry any CBD products? 

Yes, we carry a variety of CBD products including topicals, tinctures and edibles. You can find our full CBD product selection on www.herbarelief.ca and place an order for pick up or delivery! 

7. How do I properly clean my smoking accessories?

We recommend using an appropriate cleaner found on our website depending on your use case, this will often involve using an isopropyl alcohol and salt combination, soaking or shaking your smoking accessory until it is clean. We sell cleaners that are safe to use on virtually all smoking accessories!
